He is very technically competent (has many years experience), turned up when he said he would, kept in touch with me in between phases of the project ,charged a fair price and there were no surprises with the bill. "I wanted to have a Periodic Inspection done after water damage on my bathroom ceiling. Brian agreed to come at a very short notice despite his busy schedule. He was sympathetic to my situation - the water damage happened just after my flat was newly decorated - and suggested least disruptive solutions in order to comply with current standards. He patiently explained the result of testing to me, which I much appreciated even though I know next to nothing about electrical installations.
